Are you ready to invest in your Deadlift? Dream of pulling bigger weights but just don't know how? Come work with us for 8 Weeks. We'll spend 4 weeks breaking your technique completely down, then rebuild it along with guidance of deadlift frequency, dosage and how to get the most out of your pull!
We'll have 2 1-1 coaching sessions in the first 2 weeks, followed by 6 weeks of weekly 1-1 sessions to catch up and work on technique and track that we are moving well!
The program will be delivered through our google sheets infinity system and run for 8 weeks in two blocks.
You will be able to come in and train 24/7 and be eligible for group coaching sessions Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as well!!!
