When I first started training, I did everything wrong. I maxed out all the time, I trained too much, I didn't eat enough and I eventually got hurt. We run 10 week intensives with a coach 1-1.

The program will be delivered through our google sheets infinity system and run for 10 weeks in two blocks.

You will be able to come in and train 24/7 and be eligible for group coaching sessions Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as well!!!
